Rooms:
Rate: $104/night (Single or Double). Room rates are subject to all applicable taxes (currently 15.01%). Individuals will be responsible for their own room, tax, and incidental charges. The reservation deadline for this contracted group rate is July 1, 2010.  Any reservation made after the deadline date, the rate will reflect the host hotel’s standard rate. Check in time: Beginning at 3:00 PM Check out time: 12 NOON.
 
Reservations:
Individual reservations may be made by calling the Hotel directly at 502-585-2200 or Toll Free at 800-HAMPTON. For individuals to receive the established Group rate, they must identify themselves as members of the Group initially when making the reservation. All reservations must be received by the Groups deadline date:  July 1, 2010 and guaranteed with a credit card. After receipt of a guaranteed reservation, upon request the Hotel will forward guestroom confirmations to each individual.

Details about ground transportation:

Between airport and Hampton Inn: The Hampton Inn offers a free shuttle for guests to and from the airport by request. Contact the Hampton Inn at 502-585-2200 to arrange an airport shuttle to the hotel. No early reservations are necessary.
 
Between hotel and venue: The USFCA will be providing van shuttle service to and from the venue from the Hampton Inn. The Louisville Fencing Center (venue) is about 15 minutes from the hotel. There will be van service scheduled trips in the morning before activities and in the evening after activities, and including transportation for the AGM Luncheon. Please check for van shuttle information at the Hampton Inn front desk on arrival.
